Dave did the first study on LD decay in maize. His work laid a foundation for LD or association mapping in maize. He is an Associate Professor at UNC Greensboro. Where he works on the silversword alliance, Arabidopsis lyrata, Plantago lanceolata, and other areas of complex trait genetics.
