- Added field stock_source to table div_stock
  with definition "the individual or institution
  that PROVIDED the stock directly used to create
  a specific obs_unit  [the person may no longer
  maintain or have it, i.e., if the entire stock
  was used in the experiment]"

- Added field remarks to field div_stock with
  definition "remarks."

- Updated description for field div_stock.seed_lot
  to: "an alphanumeric id that can be used by the
  source to access a specific stock and
  information about it.  The combination of source
  and seedlot will be unique for a stock."

- Added note to field div_passport.germplasm_type
  to say "Deprecated: Use sampstat instead."

- Updated description of field
  div_passport.accenumb to:
  "Accession number: Actually an ASCII string,
  which serves as the unique identifier for
  accessions within a genebank collection, and
  is assigned when a sample is entered into the
  genebank collection."

- For fields longitude and latitude in the
  div_locality table (MS Access version), changed
  the data type from long integer to double.

- Added fields remarks and icis_id to table
  div_generation.
